Sheldon Cuffy is the Founder and CEO of Roseaire Capital. Sheldon’s professional background includes over 15 years as a Real Estate investor and developer.
Sheldon has bought and sold or partnered in over 100 residential and commercial real estate transactions. In addition to being a real estate investor,
Sheldon has owned and operation several real estate service businesses in his time as an entrepreneur. During the heights of the great recession of 2008, Sheldon established a short sale negotiation company that assisted distressed homeowners in the New York/ New Jersey Metropolitan area to sell their properties and get out of foreclosure. Other real estate service businesses Sheldon has operated includes a real estate brokerage, a real estate investment company and a property management company.
Sheldon is a former Diamond Inner Circle member at Scheel Publishing, Inc, a Real Estate group whose members own over 30,000 units of multifamily and 5MM square feet of commercial space in 31 states and 5 countries. He was also a member of a national short sale negotiation group that was responsible for over 2000 real estate transactions between 2008 and 2013.
Prior to becoming an entrepreneur over 15 years ago, Sheldon also worked at one of the nation’s largest financial institutions as a Financial Analyst. In this role, he acted as a liaison between his employer and his corporate clients and was responsible for analyzing and reporting on the financial strength of businesses with revenues exceeding $700 million.
Other businesses that Sheldon has current or prior involvement with as a principle include those in the Finance, Transportation and Logistics and ecommerce industries.
Sheldon holds a BBA degree with Honors in Accounting and Finance from American Intercontinental University.
Don Rogers is an expert in growing small and large businesses, and solving business problems. His experience includes 10 years in finance, 12 years in marketing and sales, 10 years in operations, and 10 years in executive management.
Until Nov. 2011, Don was EVP and Group President for Tetra Tech (NASDAQ), duties included running the full service engineering and construction business, with revenues of $1 Billion.
Don was also CEO of Tetra Tech EC, revenues $650 Million. In this role he Identified and acquired companies to help expand the business, improved cash flow, and modified operations processes and procedures to improve safety and quality and improve efficiency.
Don is familiar with resource problems, procurement processes, and general business issues. Also have extensive experience in government contracting, for both small and large businesses.

Preserve and protect investor capital;

Provide return of the investors’ capital upon the termination and dissolution of the company which is anticipated to be at the end of four to five years.
